How to Open an Account

Follow the Steps Below to Start Trading with Globtrex



In order to open a trading account with Globtrex, you must start by completing the Registration Form. Keep in mind that Globtrex only accepts clients residing within the Allowed Jurisdictions, as listed to the right.

While registering a Globtrex trading account you will need to start by entering your email address, and creating a password. You will then be asked to fill out your personal information including phone number, address, and citizenship. Next, you will need to fill out your tax and financial information; please select the deposit method you intend to use most often, however this can be changed at any point. Finally, you will need to answer questions about your trading experience.

After completing the registration process you will receive an email which will allow you to verify your account.

Verification Documents

After completing the Registration process, you will be required to submit verification documents with one of the options below:

Video Verification

In order to complete Video Verification you must have Skype on your computer or mobile phone, as well as a camera on the chosen device. Available weekdays from 9:00am-5:00pm CET.


Verification Center

To submit documents through the in-platform Verification Center, you must login to your account. You will then click “My Account” in the top left corner, and select “Verification Center”.


Email Verification

To complete the Email Verification process you will be required to scan and submit the required verification documents to our team at

Although it is possible to deposit before finishing the two previous steps, it is not necessary. Please note that if you decide to deposit prior to finishing the Registration or Verification process, your funds may not appear in your account immediately. Additionally, you will have 15 days to complete the process, otherwise your deposit will be automatically refunded. You are free to withdraw your capital at anytime, and should receive the funds within 5-7 business days.
